Seacraft Ski Boats
In 1945 Charlie Tull and his partner Gil Nicholls registered Ezycut Tool Company
and the Seacraft Manufacturing Company.They proceeded to design and produce
various Ezycut power tools (woodworking ),Lawnmowers,Outboard Motors and
Plywood Dinghys etc.They built yachts at Parkdale and were keen sailors.

In 1955 they built another factory in Wells Rd Mordialloc and Charlie continued along
the parth of designing and building his plywood planing hulls here for the rest of his
working life.

ski boats but soon became official tournament ski
boats in the early days of waterskiing.Then for kite
